1. I can't browse the Internet because my link is down.
There are several things to do before you call our Customer Technical Support:
Go to Dos Prompt and type ip config. This will give the IP address of the computer.
Ping the IP address of your computer. If there is no reply then ping 127.0.0.1.
If there is no reply there is a problem with your TCP/IP settings. If there is a reply it means that the network card is faulty.
Ping the gateway. If there is no reply check the network cables and the hub/switch.
Ping the external IP.
If all this doesn't help, call SpaceNet's Customer Technical Support Hotline at
